Excellent Service and Flexibility

I've been across sizes between a 10-12 C, 16 B and now that I'm at my desk 12 hrs a day, I measured for max comfort and flexibility that i am a size 18 A, which is super hard to find. I purchased the Weekend Bundle for a variety of styles, but found the Anytime Strapless bra was drastically smaller that the others, and so I contacted Support.

Harriet explained the labelling and SKU, ruling out any picking errors - it just looks like the size ran small. Not encouraged by that, i did not want to exchange it for another strapless. In lieu of a return or exchange, i was given options for credit or refund in part of the order - overall the Date Night Bra fit best and true to size, with the lower gore making it very comfortable, so I've put it towards a bundle of 3 in that style. The other bra i will offer to other members of the itty bitty titty comittee.

I've rarely ever brought myself to contact support and when I have it's been a gauntlet to reach any sort of compromise, if at all. Cherries was thorough with their reasoning, understanding of the complaint and flexible with solutions - and now I have a Cute and Comfortable bra finally!

Amazing customer service and bras

The office elegance is the best bra I have ever bought. SO COMFY! The other 2 bras ran small but after reaching out to customer service they went above and beyond on helping me find the right sizing. If you are a gym girly with bigger lats (lol) I would recommend sizing up! <3

Can there be a AA cup size option for this one please? Thank you.

As a 32 AA cup girlie, I've always wanted a bra like this, but I could never find anything that could actually fit my cup size. I would highly appreciate it if you could create another one of these bras in a cup size smaller than just an A cup.

Best stick-on pads I’ve tried

I’ve tried similar ones from Amazon, but these actually stay on! They give a natural push without feeling sticky or weird.
