Measuring Guide
Before you begin, wear a lightly lined bra—avoid push-up bras or compression sports bras. Have a soft measuring tape ready.
No measuring tape? No problem. You can use a string and a ruler instead.
Measuring your band size
1. Position the Tape: Wrap a measuring tape around your ribcage, just below your bust. Ensure the tape is level and straight around your back.
2. Take the Measurement: On an exhale, pull the tape snug, but not too tight.
3. Record the Measurement: Note down the number where the tape meets. This is your ribcage measurement.
Measuring your bust size
1. Position the Tape: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Ensure the tape is level and straight around your back.
2. Take the Measurement: Hold the tape comfortably snug, but not too tight.
3. Record the Measurement: Note down the number where the tape meets. This is your bust measurement.
